2024 Florida Statutes 11.45 Definitions; duties; authorities; reports; rules, "FRAUD"
“Fraud” means obtaining something of value through willful misrepresentation, including, but not limited to, intentional misstatements or intentional omissions of amounts or disclosures in financial statements to deceive users of financial statements, theft of an entity’s assets, bribery, or the use of one’s position for personal enrichment through the deliberate misuse or misapplication of an organization’s resources.

I have asked the repeater owners and the current President (John W4Ijj) for over a year now to remove the announcement on the w4iz repeater that is on top of the hour that states that that NOFARS owns the 146.700 repeater as the NOFARS club does not own the repeater. This announcement is misleading and should be stopped. I have asked this several times over the last year with no results. I am just look out for the club well being. The last time I brought this to John's w4ijj attention was on March 10 2025 (I have witness of this) and he stated that he has not had time to do anything about the announcement as he has more important things to take care of. I think I could call the repeater owners and tell them to remove the announcement on top of the hour in less than a minute, but then again I can communicate.
According to Florida State law the announcement that is on the w4z repeater at the top of the hour is "FRAUD" as it is a misrepresentation of NOFARS so that the repeater owners may get more donations through the NOFARS club for the w4iz repeater.
