Hi John, and board members and Trustee,
I have requested a copy of the new bylaws and constitution with the January 2024 amended article 7 a few days back. I have not received this yet.
I can only take this delay as there must be some foul play involved with the clubs’ presidents’ statement, he made to me and others or there is some foul play going on with the NOFARS clubs’ bylaws and the current amendments to the bylaws and the recent clubs votes.
I can only take this matter to someone else higher up on the payroll to get my answers. These actions of NOFARS are not how a nonprofit organization operates legally under the Florida State Law. Enough on that as I am no expert, I will let the experts explain the laws to you, NOFARS.
I am still waiting for the answers to my last questions. As a reminder I have listed them below.
#1. Will some clear this up and verify who owns the hardline in the Wells Fargo building that the club paid $48xx.xx to have install?
#2. Who has the right to the space in the old Wells Fargo building where the repeater equipment is located?
#3. Dose the NOFARS club owns the 420 ft of 1/2” Heliax now on a spool located in the old Wells Fargo building? John quoted “ I verified there were memberships donated to Lewis, his wife and son. The memberships were given in consideration of the gift of 420 ft of 1/2” Heliax”. I thought that Billy paid NOFARS for these three lifetime memberships and that he may now has a lien against some repeater equipment around this.
This indicates that the gift was to NOFARS
#4.Dose this gift of 420 ft of 1/2” Heliax now have a lien against it?
#5. There were 3 checks, $500, $501, and $502 deposited into the NOFARS treasure that was to offset the MCA bill. Can we get varication that these deposits did not get listed on the so called “repeater fund” ledger. I believe if these deposits were posted on the so called “repeater fund” then that should be corrected. This correction would bring the so called “repeater fund” into a negative balance and require that the repeater owners make a deposit to NOFARS.
