I have been asking for the NOFARS clubs Annual Report and no one can find it.
What is an annual report?
The form updates or confirms the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations' records.
It is not a financial statement.
An annual report must be filed each year for your business entity to maintain an "active status" with the Department of State.
It is required, whether or not you need to make changes.
The data displayed on the entity’s annual report is the most current data on file with the Division of Corporations.
On this page it also states this:
Nonprofit Corporations Soliciting Donations
Chapter 496, F.S., the Solicitation of Contributions Act, requires anyone who solicits donations from a location in Florida or from people in Florida to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and to renew annually. To register online, please visit www.FDACS.gov. If you wish to speak with someone regarding registration, contact FDACS at 1-800-HELP-FLA (435-7352) or via email at Charities@fdacs.gov.
I have looked here for NOFARS, and North Florida Amateur Radio Society annual report without any success. Google has not been of any help either (not my friend).

The last annual report I have found for the NOFARS, North Florida Amateur Radio Society is this one date filed 1974 where the club dissolved by proclamation. Can someone please point me to the new updated information for the NOFARS, North Florida Amateur Radio Society club's information? Is the club really a legal non-profit club?
