Did you know this domain name has not been registered until now? W4IZ.com .org .net and .club
The NOFARS club has started a committee to design and make a new website for the NOFARS club mid summer of 2024 and until now there seems to be no progress on the website.
Rather the opposite seems to have happen. The website NOFARS.net has disappeared or most of the pages vanished. The NOFARS club or the committee for the website has not acquired the domain name nofars.net nofars.com or nofars.org or any nofars domains. Nor had they acquired any W4 IZ domains. I would assume it's just not that important to the club or the club did not want to spend the money that would take to purchase any of those domains. So after 9 months I took the initiative and purchased or registered should I say several domains for my personal use. Similar to what I'm assuming Billy Williams has done with nofars.net. I have inquired whether Billy Williams N4UF acquired Nofars.net as the trustees of the club or did he acquire it personally for his personal use. If he got it for the club then should be no problem with the club creating a website at nofars.net. If it is Billy's then he can literally do what he wants to with that domain name. He could sell it to the club. The club could buy it if they wanted to. I have not gotten any answers but legally according to the Registrar Billy Williams is the legal holder of nofars.net and he can legally have his website there as he wishes and he can legally sell that domain name to whomever he wishes. No different than any other big organizations like Name Cheap, Godaddy, Big Domain Data companies that buy, hold and sell domain names for a profit. So by myself registering these domain names for myself at my personal cost I should not be chastised for doing so. No different than any other big corporations have been holding nofars.com nofars.org that the club evidently over the last 15 years has had the opportunity to purchase but has not done so I would assume because they decided it's not worth the price tag that the owners of these domains have been asking for the domains. Now that I purchased them with my personal money why would I now be the bad guy when the club has had the same opportunity to purchase the very same domains that I have purchased. I am just an individual whereas the club has a committee with professionals in the field of web design or what have you and this committee has been going on for 9 months and no one has had the foresight to purchase any W4 IZ domain names or any nofars domains. Now that I have personally purchased or registered the domain I am somehow a bad person. I wish somebody would chime in and explain that how that is. Nobody has complained or called the registers of domains the bad people because they charged to register W4 IZ domains but the club with the committee didn't take the initiative to do so so if I sees the opportunity and registered these domains and purchased this software that run this website or maybe do resell at a profit would I be an entrepreneur or a bad crook trying to take advantage of something? Interesting, at any rate I legally own W4 IZ.com. W4IZ.net, W4IZ.org and W4IZ.club. If anything I would think the club or somebody would thank me for acquiring these domain names before they were scooped up by big corporation which we all know would more than likely want $1000 for each domain name.
